We took random caps off the shelf and dissected what was wrong with them. It was as simple as placing them on your head. Size. Attention to detail was lacking; change is not being made during the manufacturing process. Flat Fitty started making caps, caps that fit, true to their size. Extensive R&D was placed into our designs. Our shape was refined to be distinctly different from anything available in the market; our front panels were reinforced to resist creasing and buckling. The sides did not “cave in."
